Review	This is simply put one of the best teas I've ever had. Every time I brew it, I notice the resulting drink isn't as viscous out of my kyusu as tencha of similar quality, but that thinness doesn't reflect in the flavour itself. It's an intense umami, similar to the karigane and tencha I've had before. As advertised, it has little-to-no astringency, and definitely not bitterness. While the aging is supposed to help refine the flavour, it's even more apparent in the aroma. Rather than the freshly cut leaves I generally associate with green tea, this calls to mind the nostalgia of when my family had rabbits, and the hay we stored in the shed for them. It takes me back to simpler times, even if only briefly.
